What are the check in and out times?
Check in is from 3pm and check out is at 11am on the morning of your departure. We offer late check out for £20 an hour until 2pm latest. Should you wish for an earlier arrival or later check out please contact us with your requirements and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Does the hotel have WiFi?
Complimentary high speed WiFi is available throughout the hotel.
Does the hotel offer allergy free bedding?
All of our rooms are made up with feather duvets and pillows as standard, however hypo allergenic bedding can be arranged upon request.
Are bathrobes provided?
Bathrobes and complimentary slippers are provided in all of our rooms.
Is there a hairdryer in the room?
All of our rooms have hairdryers provided.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is not included but an a-la carte menu is provided in Cambridge St. Take-away options are also available for those on the run in the morning, alongside cold pressed juices & All-Press coffee. Breakfast is served from 7.30am – 12 on weekdays and 8am – 12pm on Saturday and 8am – 1pm on Sunday. View a sample menu here.
What time is the restaurant open?
The Cambridge St. is open 7 days a week from 7.30am on weekdays and 8am on weekends. We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner every day with roasts on a Sunday from 1pm. Please note that the kitchen closes at 10pm Monday – Saturday and 9pm on Sunday. The Club Room, unless private hire is in use, is open 24 hours a day for guests to relax in.
Is there a nearby car park?
We do not have an on-site car park. However, Q Car Park is located just a 3-minute walk away on Cumberland Street, SW1V 4LY and costs £24 per 24 hours. 15% discount tickets are available for hotel guests at reception or alternatively if you would like to book online then please call us so that we may give you the online discount code.
Where is the nearest tube station?
The hotel is situated just a five minute walk from Victoria underground, national rail and coach stations. Pimlico and Sloane Square tube stations are a 10 minute walk.
Taxi numbers, can I pay by card for the taxi?
We recommend Addison Lee 020 7387 8888. Card payments can be used when booking or alternatively may be paid with cash.
Are you pet friendly?
Unfortunately we do not offer any pet friendly rooms however our restaurant is dog friendly.
The hotel is situated over three floors. Please note that we do not have a lift. We can allocate rooms on the first floor should this be required subject to availability.
A duty manager is available 24 hours a day.
